We recommend booking at least 8–12 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates and allow time to co-design the programme. That said, we do occasionally have last-minute availability — contact us to check.
We accommodate groups from 8 to 60 people. Smaller groups get more intimate villa settings; larger groups are spread across our full resort with dedicated session spaces for each team.
Yes. Our retreat consultants will work with you before arrival to shape the schedule around your objectives — whether that’s a product sprint, leadership alignment, onboarding cohort, or a mix of all three.
Accommodation, all meals and beverages, workspace infrastructure, facilitation support, activities (surfing, yoga, spa), transfers from the nearest airport, and a dedicated on-site coordinator.
Absolutely. Many clients bring their own facilitators, external consultants, or executive coaches. We provide the space, logistics, and support — you own the content.
All session rooms are equipped with high-quality AV and stable connectivity. We routinely support hybrid retreats where part of the team joins remotely via video call.
